Taking an almost 3yo out is very difficult without a stroller. And slow going. Thing 1 probably could have gone in front of us and made out like a bandit, but he waited for Thing 3.
When it's freezing cold and the kids need to dress up in snow gear, a larger sized costume is needed. This way, they don't look like the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man squeezed into a too-small dress.
When it's freezing cold, take the vehicle and drive block by block. But, this does pose a problem when it comes to the young kids.... hard to stop at each house and get them in and out of the car.
Hubbies who aren't feeling well, and gets to pass out candy instead of going out are lucky, especially when it's freezing cold.
Otherwise, Halloween is fun!
